Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item(s) being shipped. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the safe delivery of the item(s). If a customer is not available to sign for the package, the shipping carrier will typically make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at a local facility.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item is damaged or missing from an order, customers should contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
